I’m super proud of this recipe, guys. Like, extremely impressed with myself. I came up with this on my own (I believe good cooking comes from the soul, and only a special kind of person can throw something good together on the spot). I had this for dinner and it was amazing. It tasted super rich, like I was eating a cheat meal, but in reality? The macros are AMAZING and extremely friendly to those who are dieting: 7.3g fat/42.5g carb/67g protein.

With summer upon us, and bulking season coming to an end, I wanted to follow up with my last post (and Tristan’s post) and give you all an easy way to calculate your macros for a diet/cutting season. If you have no idea what to do and you literally need it allllll laid out for you in a bulleted list, this is meant for you.
Nearly every fitness YouTuber, health blogger, or Instagram model you can imagine follows a flexible dieting or “If It Fits Your Macros” (IIFYM) approach to dieting. They advocate maintaining a lean build while enjoying life. And it obviously works. Nobody wants to fill their meals with only boiled chicken, brown rice, and steamed broccoli, all out of Tupperware. That’s boring. IIFYM supporters focus on their daily or weekly caloric and macronutrient intake in order to develop, and better yet, maintain fitness-model physique year-round. It sounds difficult and complicated, but so many people don’t realize that dieting is simple.
