I’m super proud of this recipe, guys. Like, extremely impressed with myself. I came up with this on my own (I believe good cooking comes from the soul, and only a special kind of person can throw something good together on the spot). I had this for dinner and it was amazing. It tasted super rich, like I was eating a cheat meal, but in reality? The macros are AMAZING and extremely friendly to those who are dieting: 7.3g fat/42.5g carb/67g protein.

With summer upon us, and bulking season coming to an end, I wanted to follow up with my last post (and Tristan’s post) and give you all an easy way to calculate your macros for a diet/cutting season. If you have no idea what to do and you literally need it allllll laid out for you in a bulleted list, this is meant for you.
A friend from a while back who was into bodybuilding first instructed me with diet advice by saying, “only eat what’s natural.” When I was 117 lbs, I followed this general statement and I lost around 10 lbs easily. So, this was generally good advice. However, I didn’t want to stop there, because I still felt heavy (especially for my height), and I wasn’t satisfied with how my body felt or looked yet (I’m 5’0″ for reference).
